CEO Since 2000, Andrew Deal has been President of CGI Productions LLC, a company he created out of his own Web application freelancing business. He has been in the Internet industry since late 1995, just as the world wide web was getting its first taste of commercial viability. In 2001, Andrew began an overseas operation for CGI Productions in India, living there with his family for two years. This branch office handles much of the business processing operations of Andrew's business and those of his clients. After returning to the United States, Andrew was named Technology Director for AdsForFree Inc./Coracle Inc. in June 2003 and for Flyer Plus Inc. in May 2004. He continued in these roles until September 2006, while continuing to grow CGI Productions. He has always been a web application innovator and is now gaining credibility in the fledgling new media niche of mobile internet radio, having written for Talkers Magazine and appears in conference panels. Albert Christensen. CFO For the past 20 years Albert Christensen has worked as a financial manager and VP Finance for businesses in the greater Portland, Oregon metropolitan area. A resident of southwest Washington for the past 22 years, Albert has worked with companies ranging from small closely held businesses to large multi-national corporations. His range of experience includes companies in such industries as manufacturing and assembly, fabrication, construction, Internet service providers and internal auditing for non-profit organizations. Chairman (See bio under management) Howard Greenfield Howard Greenfield has held management roles in some of Silicon Valley's leading companies, with responsibilities for product development, global marketing and partnerships. His seventeen years of technology industry experience include a consulting practice that has served clients such as British Telecom, General Foods, the University of California and Computer Science Press. His recent positions include VP, Product Marketing at Softface, B2B leader acquired by Ariba in 2004, and Senior Vice President at Obvious Technology, innovator in broadband content solutions. Prior to that, Howard led Informix Software's (acquired by IBM) digital management strategy in technical marketing, account management and communications. In his seven years at Sun Microsystems, he created and managed Sun's first media lab and oversaw co-development efforts for Sun Labs, Xerox PARC and Stanford University. He also worked in Apple Computer's Advanced Technology Group on e-Learning. Howard is a frequent contributor to leading industry publications and serves on the board of CAL-IT and BlueVoice.org, an Internet media non-profit dedicated to protecting ocean life and habitats. Howard holds degrees in computer science, business and literature. He received his masters degree from Stanford University and his bachelors degree from the University of California. Tejpaul Bhatia Tejpaul Bhatia is the founder of Tej Media Networks, Inc., an entertainment company that specializes in multiplatform story-telling. Tejpaul was most recently a senior manager of international business strategy for ESPN New Media, where he was responsible for identifying new business opportunities, increasing distribution and usage of ESPN's video platforms and extending new media products globally. He joined ESPN in 2002 to build the infrastructure for acquiring and distributing video on multiple digital platforms, and was integral in realizing ESPN360, the company's customizable broadband service. Prior to ESPN, Tejpaul co-founded Media Strategy Partners, LLC, a media asset management consulting company that continues to serve US broadcasters. Before starting Media Strategy Partners, he was a consultant at Scient and then at Sekani, where he served as a digital media architect for professional sports leagues and the Olympics. Tejpaul holds a Bachelor of Science in computer science from Columbia University. He is an active member of the Make-A-Wish foundation as a wish-granter, and a member of the New Leadership Council. He also volunteers internationally with Globe Aware. Tejpaul is involved in entertainment industry diversity initiatives like OASA and NAMIC. David Van Dyke David Austen CPA Board of AdvisorsJim LaMarca Jim is a well respected business and media strategist. His vast experience in media includes senior positions in network radio, software solutions for media, local broadcast, and new media. With more than 25 years experience he is helping CelleCast develop actionable strategies for content acquisition, advertising support, and overall brand development. He started in the radio business while still in college. Experience in major markets as an on-air talent and then a successful programmer, consultant, and manager helped develop and define Jim's strengths as a motivator, leader, and strategist. Experience in sales as a successful front line Account Executive led to a role as VP of Sales for the music programming, consulting, and syndication services of Broadcast Programming and later other companies. He also oversaw the sales technical and technology products including digital automation and software services. Jim was part of the management team that broke new ground in personality programming with the evening syndication featuring Delilah, Lia, and others. Promotions followed to GM, VP GM, Director and eventually EVP/COO of the largest independent syndicator in radio, Jones Radio Networks. Jim led the way on many business ventures at BP, Jones and later GreenStone Media. His extensive experience analyzing new business opportunities and setting an actionable course has helped these companies and others to significant growth. Peter O. Hewitt Mr. Hewitt is a seasoned technology serial entrepreneur who specializes in operations, marketing, sales, and business development functions. He moved to Northern California in 1980 from upstate New York when Silicon Valley and the PC industry were in their formative stages. He has a proven 25 year track record of starting and growing high tech companies. His business career spans virtually the entire spectrum of PC hardware/software products, peripherals, digital media, Internet services, VoIP networks, and mobile computing platforms and wireless applications. He has extensive expertise in writing business plans, raising financing, building teams, launching products, setting up business partnerships and sales channels (both domestic and international) and profitably managing P&L business units. He has worked in large public companies (Apple, LeapFrog), ad agencies (launched Sun Microsystems, National Semiconductor, dozens of other brands), PC/Mac/Internet software start-ups (IDD, GeoPoint, Claris, Dialpad), and is currently providing management consulting and advisory services to new, emerging growth technology companies. Dan Meub. VP Executive Team Coach Dan Meub is COO and an executive coach with Building Champions. He has a strong background as a seasoned executive and general manager in both consumer packaged goods and in the dynamic world of software. Before joining Building Champions in 2003, Dan made a career establishing new products in emerging categories. His specialty is coaching business executives on strategy, direction and marketing. Dan's specific experience includes time with Clorox, where he helped launch KC Masterpiece Barbecue Sauce, and working with a string of private and public software companies to help establish such brands as Harvard Graphics, Calera OCR Software, PC Tools and Now Software. Most recently, he led the WebTrends web analytics business, first as its COO and then as GM for the Web Analytics Business Unit after it was acquired by NetIQ. Dan graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and later received his Masters of Management degree in Marketing and Finance from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. Over the years, he has served on a variety of Boards, has been a long time mentor for the Education for Ministry program, a Stephen Minister and an active mentor and coach for a wide variety of organizations. He has a heartfelt desire to help executives develop more successful leaders within their ranks. B. Eric Rhoads Eric is a leader in the radio industry who is known for his cutting-edge editorials is also a frequent industry speaker. He presently sits on the board of directors of The Bayliss Scholarship Foundation and has held board positions with The Broadcast Education Association, the WAY-FM Media Group (a non-profit religious broadcast group), and the National Association of College Broadcasters and on the steering committee of The Museum of Broadcast Communications and the Radio Hall of Fame. In 1987 Rhoads acquired a struggling radio industry trade magazine The Pulse of Broadcasting and founded Streamline Publishing, Inc., renaming the publication to Radio Ink. In 1997 Rhoads published his first book Blast From The Past: A 75 Year Photo History of Radio. Rhoads was featured on CBS, USA Today, The New York Times and hundreds of media outlets. Rhoads is also a published author in the Columbia University Media Studies Journal. Rhoads was the featured subject of an episode of the NBC sitcom NewsRadio. Streamline expanded it's scope beyond Radio Ink by launching Streamline Press which publishes radio industry books and videos. In 1999 Rhoads founded e-Radio magazine, the first publication dedicated to radio and the Internet. The scope of the publication was refocused in May 2000 and the publication was called STREAMING Magazine, which was later broadened to the title Digital Media. In 2004 the company launched it's first non-industry related title Plein Air Magazine targeted to artists and in 2006 and they launched a consumer art title called Fine Art Connoisseur which targets affluent art collectors. Today Streamline publishes multiple web brands, newsletters, magazines, and conferences including Forecast '07 held annually at the Harvard Club; The Radio Ink Hispanic Radio Conference held in Miami, Convergence '07 held in San Jose. In November of 1999 Rhoads founded RadioCentral Networks, Inc., an Internet radio network of custom radio stations for the web's leading destination sites. Rhoads raised $18 million in Venture capital and created custom radio for many leading brands, including Earthlink, Lycos, About.com, A&E Television and others. In 2002 the company was the most second listened to online radio network behind Yahoo!. Rhoads maintained his involvement with Streamline throughout his tenure at RadioCentral.
